The ESTA company - power-engineering plant Tisová, s.r.o. has been manufacturing and delivering steel welded constructions since 1995.

Our production is focused prevailing on job-order manufacture of steel constructions and parts, machine parts according to customer´s precise requirements. More detailed overview of our possibilities is given below, including photodocumentation of the production implemented so far.

We are able to deliver welded steel constructions (including the heavy ones) in suprisingly short delivery terms, quality of our work has been supervised by the weld quality inspection board - SLV Hannover, under whose certification our welders work in compliance with standards DIN 18800-7 and DIN 15018. We are ready to present you the MIG, MAG, WIG and other related methods of welding in practice.

Limitation: 1 part size 4 x 4 x 50 m - without limitation at higher number of pieces single-piece production weighing 25 tons - 80 tons/piece at higher number of pieces

Welding: the firm disposes of sufficient number of skilled welders for all kinds of offered production and activities with qualification according to ČSN-EN. The firm owns Great Welder Card for European markets pursuant to DIN 18 800 / 7 / 6.2 for electrode and controlled atmosphere, extended pursuant to DIN 18 808 on manufacture of tube constructions, bridges and dynamically stressed constructions. Furnishment: the sheet treatment machines - shearing up to 25 mm, sheet CNC roll bending up to 35 mm, bending up to 5 mm oxygen burning up to 200 mm, plasma burning up to 20 mm, section steel roll bending, welding machines up to 500 A, MIG/MAG, TIG, by coated electrode.

Examples, possibilities: steel halls, carrying constructions, containers, various welded parts, staircases and landings for pipeline distribution constructions, machine parts, foundation parts, heavy parts and parts of building, machining and other machines.
