This integrated management system policy (i.e. quality, environment and health safety and health protection at work management system) is a written declaration of the top management of the ESTA - Energetická strojírna Tisová, by which they commit themselves to fulfill it and to create permanently sources for the implementation thereof.

ESTA - Energetická strojírna Tisová, s.r.o. is integrated into market environment as a company providing manufacture of steel constructions and service in power engineering industry made to orders.

On basis of detailed research of this market segment, verification of abilities and scope of activities of competitors, the ESTA-Energetická strojírna Tisová s.r.o. focuses its activities on the field of repairs, reconstructions, solution of disrespair state, all this with complete solution of customer´s requirements, if possible. The ESTA - Energetická strojírna Tisová, s.r.o. also offers to its customers modernization and ecologization of their equipments and/or manufacture of completely new power engineering units always with minimum unrequired impacts on environment, if possible. Activities of our company are focused not only on the territory of the Czech Republic, but on foreign countries as well.

1. RELATION TO THE CUSTOMER AND TO THE PRODUCT

• In order to satisfy its customers the ESTA - Energetická strojírna Tisová s.r.o. company has high level of internal organization, masters technology of the required solution, implementation thereof with its qualified experts who have certificates and corresponding authorizations for execution of fixed operations in compliance with applicable laws.
• The ESTA - Energetická strojírna Tisová s.r.o. company also commits itself that the customer´s requirements will be realized in high quality and in required extent, terms at both-sided accommodated terms.
• The satisfaction of our customers is one of our top targets, therefore we are going to follow it and eveluate it by means of marketing and service mechanisms, and/or take efficient remedies and prevention measures, if necessary. 2. RELATION TO THE SOCIETY AND TO APPROACHES BASED ON FACTS

• All our activities are performed in compliance with applicable health, hygienic, safety, ecological and other legal regulations given by applicable legislation of the Czech Republic. We also take account of other requirements related to our activities.
• The top management of our company commits itself to plan, implement and evaluate all activities and processes on the basis of collection and analysis of the data.

• Every employee of our company is aware of the significance of quality, conscious approach to environment protection and health safety and protection at work for the company´s prosperity and he/she is aware of his/her responsibility and position in the integrated management system.
• Quality and responsible work of every employee is guarantee of success of the company. The workers are and due to their complex and permanent training remain key bearers of company´s production rate.

4. RELATION TO THE SUPPLIERS

• The requirement on our suppliers is ability to supply exactly according to our needs and specifications. When selecting our suppliers our basic requirement is their approach to securing quality, environment protection and safety and health protection at work.
• Our long-term objective is to have reliable and quality suppliers. Therefore we evaluate, select and closely cooperate with them so that they may fulfill our expectations.

5. SYSTEM AND PROCESS APPROACH

• The company´s top management commit itself to verify function of the implemented integrated management system on regular basis.
• All outputs from process are monitored (in the field of quality, environment protection and safety and health protection at work) for the purpose of securing quality inputs into the processes that follow.
• Executives of the company provide their cooperatiors necessary support for securing activities of all processes, measurement thereof, monitoring, and analysing, so that the planned results may be achieved and permanently improved.

6. RELATION TO THE ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION

• The ESTA - Energetická strojírna Tisová, s.r.o., company is liable to care for environment protection and to secure safety and health protection at work to its employees in the production process.The ESTA - Energetická strojírna Tisová, s.r.o. takes responsibility for all impacts of its production activity on the environment.
• We protect and improve environment by application of ecologically desirabale materials and by gradual renovation of current technologies with technologies more friendly to the environment.
• Company´s environmental profile has been regularly reviewed and improved and new targets, target values and programmes are set up.
• A significant long-term objective in the field of environment protection is minimalization of possible disrepairs and the impact thereof on environment by providing efficient prevention and quick and correct response to accidents or disrepairs both directly in the area of the seat of our company, and within the execution of the orders at our customers.
• We bind oneself to prevent pollution of the environment by reducing waste production and by increase of material or energetic exploitation thereof.
• We also make efforts to reduce energy and raw material intensity of our activities.

7. RELATION TO SAFETY AND HEALTH PROTECTION AT WORK

• The identified risks occurring in the company when performing all company´s actvities (machinery productions and service in power engineering) are continously followed and their significance evaluated. The measures to remove or eliminate such risks are regularly reviewed.
• We commit ourselves to secure our activities in compliance with legal requirements at occurrence even the smallest risks that may arise and endanger our workers and other participants when performing their activities..
• For securing safe performance of company´s activities we commit ourselves:

I.to perform regular training of suppliers about principles of safety and health protection pursuant to current requirements of legislation

II.to require observation of safety and health protection at work at our suppliers, including use of personal protective working aids and revision and check of technical devices

• We commit ourselves to prevent job-related injuries, accidents, unrequired events or breakdowns by continuous searching the sources of occurrence thereof:

I.by securing convenient working conditions on company´s workplaces

II.by furnishing our employees with necessary personal protective work aids

III.by exploitation of technical equipment only if it is in faultless technical stand, i.e. all technical equipment in operation shall be regularly checked and revised.

• We keep our employees, but also all our suppliers and customers informed about risks resulting from performance of our activities. We also require information about risks that may occur at our suppliers and customers as a consequence of their activities and may endanger our employees.

8. CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT

• The introduced integrated management system is a means for a purposeful and systematic process focused on improvement of quality, environmental and safety parameters of our products and activities. The integrated management system is regularly reviewed and evaluated from the point of view of fulfillment of this policy of integrated management system, the objectives, target values and programmes.
• By this approved and declared quality, environment and safety and health protection at work policy we commit ourselves to keep improving the implemented integrated management system..
• The changes in organization and management are focused on improvement of the quality of company´s production, protection of environment and improvement of safety and health protection at work. We consider the improvement of quality, environment and safety and health protection at work level as a permanent and systematic process.
